program (BSBA), formerly known as BS in Commerce (BSC), is designed to produce

students with a basic and clear understanding of the functions of every
division in a company, be it in marketing, finance, operations, human
resources, and office management. Training in this program emphasizes
leadership skills, and thus prepares them you managerial and supervisory

of Science in Real Estate Management
This program is designed to develop
students' technical know-how in brokerage, appraisal, and consultancy in
relation to commercial, rental and private property, and salesmanship. The

interpersonal, and conceptual skills that support real estate transactions. The

is a four-year collegiate degree program
offered to individuals who are interested in making a career in the area of
travel and tour industry. The course aims to develop students who will become
qualified personnel, administrators and entrepreneurs in the tourism
